Reviews for "Flappy Hunt"

I'm getting really sick of Flappy Bird. I hated the game because it was just dumb and boring, so it's success really is just the bane of my existence.
But this... this is gold! The game runs pretty smoothly, looks great, and who doesn't like Duck Hunt?

Heheh.. Nice game. :D :D

The Best Game Ever :D

I've just reviewed a game also with the same premise as this game: shoot the flappy bird, however this version is a million times better than the previous one.

It is a BLATANT rip off of the Nintendo NES' 'Duck Hunt', which makes this game even more hilarious. I don't know if others know this but the original developer of the infamous 'Flappy Bird' App had to take it down as its' publicity has, in his words, 'ruined my simple life'. Despite the fact that he has ALSO STATED on his blogs that it was NOT due to legal issues (about the game being similar to Super Mario) which has now been subsequently confirmed by Nintendo themselves, I reckon that if the rumours were true (in a hypothetical sense) then Nintendo would be trying to hang draw and quarter the developers to this game! (HYPOTHETICAL BEING A KEY WORD BTW!)

So I stumbled across this game a few weeks back and it is proving to be quite a little gem. It reminds me of the old classic and the sounds and sprites used in this is pretty spot on. No issues with the game (had to experiment with the hit boxes and it worked like a gem),

I just felt like grabbing a light gun and shooting the screen! HOWEVER- this would of been a much much better game if the screen could go into full screen mode.

Also, I reckon that there should be an indicator as to how many shots you would need to miss in a round before you lose the round and fail to progress to the next stage (i.e., I definitely know that you need to hit at least all birds to progress from level 5?

Overall, a great game and a great take on an old classic, mixing with current games. Love it, for all its cheekiness and charm!

The game is good, but it's kind of buggy.
