Reviews for "Death Lab"

I really liked this game! Replay value is great, because there's always another - better, more spectacular - strategy. The graphics are impressive, and the tutorial was a nice touch.

However, a few small bugs and annoyances kept me from handing out five stars.

- When you finish off a round with a molotov cocktail, you will lose before the flames have taken their course. With a grenade, the final explosion won't take place. This is a real problem!
- The game rewards failure. When you lose a round, you get to keep the money you earned with your kills. Since it doesn't seem to matter how many turns you take to complete a level, losing/restarting will make you richer than winning the first time around.
- Because of the choices I made in the shop, the final boss was impossible for me (I had to rely on the exploit from my previous point to actually win). Also, hit detection in the boss battle is weird. The guy can walk on acid without taking damage.
- Sometimes you can throw grenades through the floor beneath your feet.

I do hope that you will keep improving on this game. It definitely deserves it!

Not bad.
Though the game could use some descriptions in the upgrades panel - upgrade names are not self-explanatory. What is length? Does damage upgrade rifle only, or other weapons as well?
Are those bottom weapons damage upgrades?

I got most of it (I'm not sure what length does), but it would be better if I didn't have to experiment with it, as upgrades cost money - I wish I knew what I bought before packing my money into something I don't really need.

is this game works

This is awesome
Looking foreword to the next part

Very entertaining. Some of the 'Mission' bits were quite difficult, while others simple, but sorta worked out in the end. The last level was a pain, but still fun. Music was a bit simple, but decent. Graphics were fine, and easy enough to tell what everything was. The physics engine did bug a few times, but nothing major, and only when was a lot going on. In all, quite fun, though not a lot of replay value. I look forward to the sequel.
