I like how the (probable) shieldmaiden in the blue shirt isn't drawn especially beautiful, like it's usually the case with protagonists. It makes her look more refreshing.
Other than that, I like the style of animation, as well as the music. Just concenred that this might eat up your entire time, if the backgrounds continue to be this detailed.

And I have indeed tried to avoid the "sexy warrior" protagonist, altough it took some time to come up with a good way of drawing her without people thinking she was a man, since they are all dressed the same way. -____-'
As for the backgrounds. they were what took the least time to do! A week I think at most :) They are not all so detailed.
