Simple and quite addictive game. I like the fact you don't need a keyboard to play.
Also like this simple art style. It's cool.

The shotgun glitches the audio, causing it to stop sometimes, firing the shotgun again can fix the issue but if you are out of ammo, you are out of sound as well
If you keep the mouse button pressed when you have emptied your ammo, you stop firing, you shouldn't have to click again to fire the pistol
Instead of being invincible when selecting weapons at full rage, the game should just stop, because you can abuse you invincibility by tanking bullets that are around you
Aside from the above, nice game, every gun feels different, enemies are varied and despite it's simplistic style, it looks good, the difficulty scales well, the soundtrack is nice.

Veteran Medal is glitched, you might want to fix that, but otherwise, pretty fun and solid game.
