Had a lot of fun playing, it's great as is (although what others have said about static resources has merit) and I see plenty of opportunity to expand and further develop if you decided to. Thank you.

Overall a great game, the combat is engaging, the soundtrack fits perfectly with this game and over all this is just great. I do have a few problems with this though, often I will have 50 settlers that I don't know what to do with and for some reason I can't find the button to delete a unit (if there even is one) and the timer doesn't go over an hour so when I played 1 round for 1 hour and 8 minutes it said I only played it for 8 minutes and it is hard to set up your troops in good positions because if you send a big group to an area the units you had selected will just stand in a circle which is annoying if you are trying to set up a defensive position near your town.
i love the game, but i can't put the fullscreen with the newgrounds player
bug to fix: why i can't put a guy to keep farming, really, food is always low
(coal,stone and gold regenerate?)
if this was a tribute to those games, i'd say you did them justice, awesome game!
You can basically stack up a lot of settlers then start doing some sort of zerg rush
