That was weird, but entertaining. Yeah. Weird. An interesting mash-up, but a weird one. Yup. Weird. Yup.
A silly, clever, but a little painful to watch, combination of Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, and FLCL.

It looks almost spot on to the original animations, well done.
I found myself enjoying this, and almost wishing that the episode were longer.
On the constructive criticism note, I feel that the quality for the voice acting varies from character to character. Not the voice acting itself so much, but the mixing and / or microphone quality that is.
Other than that, I think you may be onto something with this flash, good stuff.
Oh, and maybe have Bulma dancing around in a bikini in your next one ;D
