Technical stuff was great, voice acting animation, etc.
You could have written it better, though. Sure, the guy looks menacing, but what did he do?
I would have added a list of ridiculous crimes (Ex. Indecent exposure while commiting double rape homicide in an act of terrorism, or something like that.) Just to drive th epoint that the guy definitely SHOULDN'T be let out of jail. Although, if you went that route, you may have wanted to make the criminal look a bit menacing-er.

Pretty good animation and voice acting. Personally, i thought the joke was good. It does look a little stiff though. Nothing that cant be made better. Cyanide and Happiness fo' life.

Not entirely sure what can be said. While I don't want to be harsh or overly critical, it was just kind of 'meh'. The animation was kind of dull, but the voice acting was pretty alright actually.
The content/joke was funny, sure, but it just doesn't work all on it's own like this. There wasn't any real build-up, and the pay-off isn't good enough to hold it's own really. It would have worked way better as a smaller joke within a larger work, where we've actually seen the story, and get to enjoy the joke better, because the punchline and subsequent pay-off are that much more significant.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's just too 'raw'. It needs the rest of the meal.

Animation was pretty good, the whole concept really made me chuckle. Could still use just a LITTLE bit of work. All in all, really enjoyed it. :)
Yeah this Isn't my best, I set myself a challenge to see how fast I could do it, from concept to upload. Was around four hours :)
wow that guy is brutal. Im sure it took awhile to animate this. I actually thought it was really funny. The way the prisoner was smiling seemed really funny to me. Anyway nice job!
