Someone said that the Canada piece was worse than this one, but I disagree. It would have taken a normal person half an hour to whip up something superior to that by making an animation flipbook composed of MS Paint images.

Wow, really not much of anything to say about this one. It was a drawing of a stick figure, and the figure eventually turned into the dog's nose and mouth, so the man did in fact become a dog. No sound or anything to really speak off, and the animation was quite choppy. Had it been a fluid transformation you may have had something here, but it missed on all levels.
