The animation was pretty well done. Seemingly in a day or two like you wrote. I expected something like that to happen when I realized what he's showing isn't regular heart shaped.
Also it made me remember a joke version for the song.
Last Christmas I gave you my heart,
but the very next day,
your body rejected the transplant and you died.
Anyway, final verdict 4/5 since this was just a quickly made animation with not much work to be put in it. It's very good by itself but it didn't feel like a 5.

I really enjoyed the animation and the art style, it was also very humorous. I would love to see more shorts like this! :)
