That's Very touching indeed. However, I wonder what it might have to do with the tragic death of poor Bryan Banister. Maybe I'm overlooking something?

The story is just meant to reflect how I felt after losing my friend, though it is filled with subtle nods to him. The friend hare is chubby because some of best memories of Bryan were when he too was a chubby kid. The story end on a sunset because Bryan was a huge fan of photographing sunsets.

I don't like it.
But that doesn't mean it's not good.
The fact that I don't like it is solely based on personnal experience and point of view.
I don't think "raging" or "crying" will make the pain "fly away". This is what I got from your video and this is why I can't agree with it.

The video in itself is formidable. Fantastic i'd say. Very well drawn with a good and fitting music. Reminds me of the late early 90's cartoons.
