btw, how to unlock the secret companion cube and the secret robot unicorn?

Here's a hint, you do it by choosing every single one of one type of hero upgrade. Think: Companion "Cube" and Robot "Unicorn". Hope that helps. :)
The upgrade system worked very well with the multiple upgrade paths. There are a few levels that are a bit easy to farm money from (the plane spawner levels) but that doesn't impede that much. The graphic style is simple but effective and so are the sounds. Very well put together.
Although (as a note) after I had played the game, I left and came back but it get stuck on the loading screen at 0%. This might be a bug.
