how you 'felt' at the moment...?
I was just reading a previous comment you responded to about what you said when you 'based it on how [you] felt at the moment'... Yeah its damn scary!!!! It scares the shit outta me! I assume that you drew a dude but you gave him pink hair and flower petals but he doesn't seem fruity at all. That, I have no idea how you pulled that off... the bandages helps a bunch with the badassness.
In this piece, its the person's outline more than anything that really takes the cake. The collars drooping from both sides of his shoulders at an angle is what i noticed first. Then its the angle of the hood. Both the drooping collar and hood framed the straight shoulders and arms PERFECTLY...! Its soo damn realistic 3 dimensionally. Then the angles of the straight lines along the torso... finishing off with the flair of the skirt
Several right decisions you chose the made the rest of the piece perfect... as to not to distract from the sheer geniusness of your character's outline. You got the rouge reds palette goin for ya but the dark areas or smudged shadows gave the entire piece a masculine feel. If it were me, I'd have a hell of a time trying to figure out how to frame the subject with the background. Again with the genius with the iron greys...! And its all completed with your trademark partial borders using a smudge at the botton left corner. Whatever you call it... its all good
You know that I think about it... this person could easily be a male or female. How does it feel to create a perfectly asexual master piece? Thats just pure sublime... Looking at it several times while I figuring my comments, its a chick for sure...

But umm haha... it's a guy. No tits haha. Maybe I just happen to draw too much girls... which end up making my guys look so feminine >_<
