CHODE

As soon as I heard that mellow pad, I knew it was pbj. You've got some awesome steez there mate. I can hear Radiohead influence stuff in your music. Love this one. We gotta collab. I could lay down some drumwork. Anyways. Rising of the Land is still my favourite from you.

Two new songs up on me new account. 5/5 for FMFIHFOTBT and Flounder. Anyways. Eternal sexual favours if you go to my audio page.

"...classic Pitbulljones style resonates."

This is another great uniqe track from pitbulljones. What to say, ambience, rock, and electronica all combine to make this standalone genre; pitbulljones. A definitive style is an appropriate dubbing; through your speakers, this classic Pitbulljones style resonates... and it's metaphor time. Forgive Me, For I've Fallen Off The Beaten Track gives me cinematography of a man twisted by his past, walking down a dirt road. Thick green grass, wet with the dew of spring is on either side. With incomplete opacity levels, iamges of his past flash in each of the four corners of the screen. The end brings the man to reconciliation with his past, and gives him foresight for a better future.

Good work, thanks for the track,
G9

pitbulljones responds:

yo, thanks for the review G9, i absolultey adore your imagery and metaphors. i never intended to mix genres, but i suppose like you mentioned it's 'my' genre. I love to film something like for this like how you desribed it, you've given me an idea young maestro. thanks again.

really nice

this ir really nice and calming, reminds me alot of some of your other tracks its really nice though, very mysterious in a good way when i listen i imagen sitting on a green hill or something and looking around and i can see like a ciry across from me and like theres a white house beside me or something and its just getting dark, really nice makes me kinda day dream :D

pitbulljones responds:

haha cheers for the review. glad it supplied some imagery for you, makes you day dream, nice. i do try to create an atmosphere so its seems you got it. again thanks.

well nice mate

yeh, nice mood here. synth work is good, all timbres sit well. i would be tempted to bring the drums forward a tiny bit.guitar sounds nice. really like the final section, thought it had finished but no. not the final section, the buildup to the final section where it's just the high synth with the geeetar. good job
;ped

pitbulljones responds:

cheers ped for your review. it's strange with this track, as i just started with the strings and it mutataed into this lil beaut, at one point i was gonna ditch it but i ploughed on, im glad i did.

No vocals plz!

This is a perfect instrumental. I my opinion vocals would ruin the feeling. Well...thinking of it, it counts on what vocals you'll wana add. It's just my opinion on it...so deal with it. :)

Great sound man, very calming and sad, almost feels "lost" somewhere. Guitar fits also very well there, it's not bad that she is pushed that much in the "background".

I enjoyed listening to it very much!

pitbulljones responds:

Hey man, thanks for reviewing my track. yea i was thinking about vocals, i have a melody line in my head of how i would want it to play but i agree the track works just fine with the instruments. and opinions matter. i didn't want to bring that guiatr line up too much as it's a quiet track. anyways thanks again.

pitters. o and thanks for that five. i'll bob by your page soon.
