I think it looks good. lovely color on the eyes. Might be nitpicky but i hate the minion 2009 thing up on the upper right. Maybe it could have been light blue or something so its not so distracting

Hmmmm. Let me see if I can get this right;
You used oil-based paint with a little bit of pencil work OR you used some tempera and some pencil work as well (might have misspelled that...)

Yeah Leslie Nielsen was awesome, loved his naked gun series. This drawing represents
his humour well...quirky and well timed...? Ok maybe that was a bad example but still this is a great picture.
