good shading, needs nostril fix though, maybe darker shades on neck to realy pop out hte foreshortening. he seems realy flat like and wormy, but maybe what you were going for?

I think it looks good. lovely color on the eyes. Might be nitpicky but i hate the minion 2009 thing up on the upper right. Maybe it could have been light blue or something so its not so distracting
