great game,but legendary terror is broken. even with all other medals unlocked and all levels beaten with a perfect grade,it doesnt unlock

Great game but repetitive after a while
Nice Halloween game, guys. By the way, for the Legendary Terror medal, I've got all levels completed with a perfect grade and beat the game three times (all three trials with every level completed with a perfect grade as well), yet the medal isn't unlocking. Could you fix the bug, please?
I tried to change controls but it wouldnt let me use left arrow as right so and then I exited options and was just faced with the monster out of the window with no text. Then I refreshed and I got this http://tinypic.com/r/2wftxzk/5 i have restarted multiple times but it keeps showing the same thing as the picture. I don't know if this is a glitch but I had encountered this. more than once.
Quite Hard , but fun :)
