Reviews for "Naya's Quest"

very cool concept!!! very well done!!!!

This Game was simply amazing. The Story line was thin, but just mysterious enough to keep you interested... But the thing that really kept me at it, were the Game's Mechanics and Design! It's been a long Time since I played a Game that made me think about my EVERY SINGLE MOVE like this and yet thoroughly enjoyed the whole Experience! Even when the first level that had a "Cube" to open those Doors in it made me rage like there was no tomorrow, it was a subtle Tutorial on how this Game will trick your Eyes with its Isometric Level Design! Just like every Good Game should be designed... Subtly guiding the Player through every Aspect, without him actually noticing. And I applaud your Effort, because you totally nailed it!
This Game deserves SO much more Attention and Love! I'll try to send it to everybody I know.

this game is ridiculously clever. It takes such a simple concept, and expands on it beautifully. I'd never expect that it would be possible to make a game entirely based around how difficult it is to determine depth and distance in an isometric view. Some people might not like how all the rules go out the window on the final levels, but I thought those levels were the most clever. Frustrating, but clever.

However, I didn't understand why dying 3 times sent you back to the previous room. It didn't really add any challenge, it was just mildly annoying. Also, I found some mild glitches in the New Game+ mode.

this is one of the best games i have played and i have played alot
u serioulsy blow my mind abaut were thing can be just an ilucion.
i just love how u make such a grate game just pixelated, not much grapichs and really deep

really thank you
you opened my mind

Mr. Cavanagh, I am amazed. I probably shouldn't be since your work is always top notch, but still. New Game plus was a welcome and interesting change, though I wondered initially what a "New game+" could possibly entail for this type of game.

I have linked this to all my friends with the tagline, "Do you like your brain? If not, play this." I half expect someone to phone me late at night yelling into my ear.
