i always love some good customization, but the best thing you can do with something u customized is play with it. perhaps set up a scenario or 2 to play through with characters ? food for thought.

I know but to you be able to control your character, I would need to edit almost all the game and this could be a pain in the ass, including the fact that I'm not a programmer.

What if I draw art on the picture I screenshotted ...does that count as Just uploading A picture?

Sorry but yes, it's still against the Art Portal rules since you would be taking part of someone else's work and uploading as your own.
Think like that: if I paint something over a painting, can I sell it as mine?
When you upload an art in the Art Portal, you're sharing it as your own creation.

A madness game
A dress up theme and more love the end results here as it was all pretty entertaining bringing a madness style of a game is always something unique and different and some really good entertaining value, its games like this that I really enjoy so keep making fun games like this.
