It's a simply character creator based off the Madness series. Not much to it, but it certainly isn't something to loathe. So long as there is one out there, that's enough to sate people.

I seen alot of people that because no experience with flash couldn't build or make their own character, this was just to help people, also I'm nothing experient on AC2 or any other programming language (or something), so I worked really har on this, specially for Madness Day.
