Good game. Not exactly original but well executed and entertaining. Truth is that after first glance, it surprised me that I enjoyed it. Mildly challenging diversion. Timing is everything!

As wrote Cenutrio before me, you need to rethink your game, the time that you spend on it is based on your speed to do different combinations, you dont have to think you just have to try different combinations until it works... personnally it took me less than 20 minutes to beat it, and i never finished a puzzle game in so little time.
I give it 1.5 stars on it, because anyway the initial concept is very good, traffic can be really hard to manage, also add more placable "obstacles" like different speed limitations, stops, and try to enlarge the area of operations, 3 crossroads even if placed in different places, still are only 3 crossroads...

This is an example of bad puzzle design.
First, the player is forced to play once only to see the way cars are coming from. The game is basically forcing the player to lose once for each level, in order to be able to win later.
Second, the puzzle is designed so it must be solved by trial and error, and little to none thinking.
I suggest to redesign the game so the traffic is always random, or let the user preview the traffic. Other aspects might need to be redesigned aswell.
It is a cool game where you lay out the best possible traffic symbols to prevent the lunatic drivers who are apparently also drunk from crashing into each other.
