Here's a light issue when it comes to Rescue Op Gametype.
Now and then the "Randomized locations" will also include ZOMBIE SPAWNERS. One of which was RIGHT below me, as soon as I entered a level, I suddenly heard Diane (my gunner) screaming as the screen went black.

Also, players, here's a Trick I managed to learn when resupplying ammo at those Ammo Points.
The weapons that are NOT Selected are automatically refilled and reloaded. So when the bar nears completion, switch to your pistol and when your driver returns, switch back and go full-auto!
