Reviews for "Defend The Priest"

Nice game. Graphics are very nice.

I have some suggestions:

- Music would be nice.
- The gameplay could be faster. The balls can fall at a faster rate.
- A skip button for the start, when you are ready with the setting and want to start the wave
- New types of balls, like some fire ones which burn the wood.
- A level overview to play older level and a score system with medals and a highscore.
- A goal for the game. Since it's a priest, you could let a demon fire the bullets or something like that, maybe gather faith as a score alternative.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the suggestions.

so I started to play this game and I had never really been into physics style games before. but this one I really enjoyed. I found each level kept my mind working. and all the levels were slightly different so there was little sense of repetitiveness. the only two suggestions I had for this game were:
1) maybe between the end of a level and a start of a new one put in a slight pause so the player can be prepared.
2)maybe put in a slight story at the beginning so that you know why you are protecting the priest.
but other wise I must say keep up the good work.

allright

Haha I like it! An enjoyable little game!
The graphics are cheerful and cleanly drawn. I cannot fault you on that.
However, as the other reviewers have pointed out, the physics and the usage of the mouse in the game is slightly dodgy and can be rather punishing especially with the snappy time limit.
The audio effects are OK, but the 'popping' for the raining waves of steel balls is repetitive. The metallic sound for when the balls roll off-screen is a nice touch.
Background music to accompany the game would engage more interest. Perhaps a summery, happy little music loop.
I think you rushed this game, since you could have added more variation as to what goes on. Cons aside, however, this was fun to play.

why does it has to be a priest btw?
and it would be better if there's a 'ready' button on every level... cuz i dont wanna be caught off guard scurrying like hell when the timer suddenly starts by itself. lastly, im having an issue with the cursor, it's just so small.
