No, just no. This is really out there and is actually borderline slander against the government. While some of the nanobot technology is true, it's been a well known fact that the military is just now saying that they have this information. I would be more afraid of what they still have hidden rather than what information they have already told us. And bedbugs were always an issue, your research isn't very well founded and I'm rather disturbed by your lack of research. This isn't even informal, it's just a bunch of random information you found online and thought you were onto something. Sure, nanobots can be used for various things, but I think you're over thinking things bud.
