Reviews for "Escape the Estate"

-1 for deliberately putting the arrow right on top of the exit link to "Bored".

Zigurous responds:

I honestly have no idea what you are referring to. I have never had an issue with the Bored.com branding interfering with clicking stuff in the game. If you are referring to the arrow that indicates switching between scenes/views then perhaps you didn't realize that the arrow shows up anywhere in the bottom of the screen. If that's not what you are talking about, then idk. Regardless, I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience with the game.

I'm stuck at the piano. But i've never finished a game in my life so i still love this :D

Pretty good game that makes a nice sequel to Escape the Basement. Though it lacks the more sinister and creepy atmosphere that the first game had, the puzzles make you think, but they aren't impossible. The piano took some thought at first but when you figure it out, it's actually quite simple.

The only difficult time I'm having so far is finding the basement. Other than being an aesthetic addition to the environment, do the roses hold a clue to returning to the basement?

Great game. I figured everything out on my first play thru, with the exception of getting back into the basement. If anyone could shed a little light on that, it'd be grateful. Otherwise, awesome game. The piano puzzle was tricky, but so worth it in the end.

This actually was kind of a neat twist on the point and click adventure game. It seemed like it was impossible to get through at first, seeing as how I was all tied up. I managed to get better by just randomly clicking stuff. Hey, if it works, it works! I even managed to use the cable I found. The passwords is not "Kane", BTW.

I don't like games like these that much, but this was still decent. It worked because the atmosphere was just right. I especially like the high tech look of it. You're one deranged stalker to have red bars over the doors. I like the roses that are everywhere.
