Reviews for "A Saiyan's Pride!"

This is very well done sprite animation, very true to the DBZ franchise. Only one that bothered me a little was that Vegeta's and Goku's voice acting seem to drown under the DBZ sound effects present in this video. Because of that i give you 4.5 stars and 5/5 rating. Looking forward to see more from you! :)

Thank you so much! I'm happy that you enjoyed it. I will keep that in mind next time.
Again thanks for the comment. XD

nice use of the amv power up scene hahah classic. good on u with the animation and effort put in, it was entertaining

Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it! XD
I will do my best to hype it up more next time around. lol

I couldn't give this 5 stars because the median used was cheaper so id expect a new story, with a story I already knew there's no point. Please consider writing new stories and incorporating everyone.

other then that you executed new dialog and with remaining sprites and increasing background graphics to create an original battle scene. to a older gamer like myself this is entirely enjoyable besides my earlier point.

MysticSkillz responds:

Thanks for the comment, and I understand where you coming from. But in my early post I said that this will not be a story driven series. I'm just giving Vegeta his moment to shine. This was not attend to be a story. But thanks for the comment anyways. XD

Some Star....cause this was very watchable. Not bad! Nice work !

MysticSkillz responds:

Thanks for the comment. Glad you enjoyed it.

Excellent I can't say I've seen sprites like those before. Also the sound effects were well placed same with the music. The only thing that bothers me a bit is when they are talking their mouth doesn't move and when Vegeta laughs that one time it looks like his jaw should be detached in my opinion you could still do voice acting and place the text according to the character like in RPG's or something similar.

MysticSkillz responds:

Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you enjoyed it. But I just wanted to do a small short with them and I feel it's best to use the original voices when I'm dealing with sprites, plus I rather use voices actors on original work. Voice acting on sprites isn't really my style. But far as the mouth movement, something did came to mind and I will see if I can add it in the next one.
