There are a lot of good elements here, the humor is right and it's simple yet amusing. The only thing I'd have to suggest really is that like others say, there are parts where it drags out a bit. I will continue to follow this though, It's quite entertaining.

Not half bad, but as expected there are a few tips here and there I would touch up on. First off, there tends to be a lacking of background music at certain points that have no real reason for it to be silent. Then there's the animation, it's almost like you're going for a cartoony vibe, but not quiet hitting the nail on the head, same with the voice acting, it seems to lack a full emotion into it. I'm personally looking forward to this series getting a little better because besides it's minor flaws it does seem to be a very interesting addition here on newgrounds. ^-^
That's not so bad the story is the only good point so far, let's be honest the art needs improvement.
I'll have to add that the voice acting was pretty good too.

Not to mention the clever use of the theme music from Windwaker.
Although, I think the animation and audio could improve a bit.
And truth be told, I expected Froman to be the kind of guy that talks in slang.
Cool animation and I like the story so far. The most funny part in my opinion was when Fro-Man sliced up that Code Lyoko: Evolution DVD with a sword. It must have been a pretty bad show.
