So this is my first review on newgrounds. The game you have presented reminds me alot of star barrons which is my favorite RTS.

The good?: almost everything.

The bad?: the potions seem a tad over powered.

My question? How is the ability to skip a level determined?
I skipped a few levels here and there, but really am stuck on level 45, despite watching multiple videos, when I get a gameover the skip area is greyed out and say X4 on it. I've noticed by going back and beating levels I skipped early, I managed to make that grey bar change from saying x2, x3, and now at x4 with all previous level (except the one othere I cant beat) completed.
Could you explain what the x# thing means in regards to skipping a level?

Not an original concept, but you've added to it a bit and given it your own style.
Would be nice if it was explained how the points breakdown works... is it more beneficial to wait and have more jellies at the end, or finish off quickly and have a lower time?

Fairly gradual difficulty curve which is missed a fair bit in games. Generally a well made game using an older concept.

you get some points for cuteness, but this game is just like several other games with the number/capture mechanic. nothing really new or exciting here.
