Really good! Great story telling, fun gameplay and fun to read jokes and dialogues (not over the top silly and dumb but not long and boring, keeping a light interesting tone).
Can't wait for part 2!
really enjoyed playin this one, good game. lookin forward to the next one.
It's definitely funny and engaging to play, but rather easy in all but a few puzzles. No big deal, though. None of the puzzles are convoluted or nonsensical. When more games are added to the series, the length will make up for it.
The controls should be displayed on the title screen. Looking down into the description shouldn't be necessary.

Yeah, you're right about the controls on the title screen. This is especially important because not everyone will be playing the game on Newgrounds. Turns out the game was copied to a bunch of websites without including the description, leaving many people outside Newgrounds without a clue on how the controls work.
I had no idea the game was going to be reposted in other places, haha. I'll know better next time.
Interesting game feel, suitably challenging, although one thing that could have been easier was how you use items, especially in the inventory. Hoooo boy was that ever a pain in the ass.
Kinda thought the book solution was dumb, but other than that I found the game to be fun.
