The challenge is getting to him. Really, its not a challenge. Just long and annoying. Also, NEVER use your master ball on Rayquaza, because latios is the strongest pokemon in any of the games if you use it right. Good song, but a little muffled.

i remember when i caught rayquaza with a great ball!! just imagine. haha. i remember trying it for weeks though and having this song stuck in my head for a long time. good song though.
