Hm. Well. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either. It was more of an in-the-middle sort of thing. I know this sort of thing is much, much harder and more time-consuming to make than it seems, so I usually don't care too much is the animation or art is sort of lacking, but... I guess it was the humor/subject matter itself that wasn't that funny. That's just my opinion (which probably doesn't count for much).

I really liked the consept, but it feels like there is something lacking. The animation is fine enough, but the dialog doesn't seem to hold its own. Maybe throw some music or something in there, or watch to make sure your characters aren't stepping on each other.
That being said, I enjoyed the banter between Starscream and Megatron. It really highlights the relationship they have in a comedic manner.
It's alright. The animation was poor although the art was pretty good. The voice acting was good but the comedic timing on it felt lacking for an animation and all humour comes from the concept more so than anything else. I did smile once or twice when starscreen was being slapped around, but it was a fleeting smile and obviously not the whole focus of the writing, but what is focused on isn't all that funny. I don't know, maybe you just have to grow up on transformers to get this but the best parodies can make people who've never seen the source material laugh and this just didn't do it for me.
Meh. Not terrible. writing seems forced, like a skit on a bad comedy show.
Average, just average.
