Dreamland is a swell place.
What I see is another metaphor for the cyclical life of the average working-class man, only this time it's ducks as humans, and humans as duck with bearded faces. There's no meaning in this, therefore it works good as a mindfucking loop. Great choice on the background music, fitting as ever for this dystopian vision of the world.
