This is a pretty neat idea, a SIM seen from the side rather than top-down. I like the spritey graphics, and the introduction sets you right into the game, and that menu rainbow, heh, nice! The graphics really are the best part of the game, but it's fun to play too. Keep it going!

I too very much enjoyed the game despite the glitches. People on the roof, in the sky. Not being able to return the cow back to your mascot. I don't know if it was a glitch or not, but please keep the cow's ability to kill rats by walking over them!
For the greatly disliked rat problem, perhaps after killing a certain amount of rats you can update your broom to baits and traps (which you can only set one per floor). Then have the janitor clean them out when they become full and you have to buy new ones.

Takes too long to really get anywhere though.
I noticed that when a cow get's lost in your tower, a roomboy comes, but they just end up standing there. I guess since it's a cow and cows can't talk.
Otherwise,it's decent.
The game is really fun but what I didn't really like was the popularity thing. It takes a really long time to get it to 10%
