Well done!
The art style is very on-spot, I like it a lot! The audio was great overall too. Just the right amount of exasperation in Sakura's voice at the end there. I hope you continue this somehow, maybe following one of the fighters or putting a few on a quest. The flash seems like a standalone thing, but I'm just saying it could easily be something more :] One little "wuthafff" moment was Chun-Li's face at the knockout..like, what? Just a small oddity though.
All in all this was really good and I hope to see more awesome work like this in the future. PEACE!

Sorry just generally wasn't funny... a few chuckle moments here and there but still not funny although the animation was decent
Wow whoever did Sakuras voice was spot on. Sounded like Brittney Harvey hereself.
Not sure where the Dragonball part comes in but either way I thought this was a great parody and the likes. That said great work!
