I think its a fun game till you die and you have to do everything again... but still fun

Alright. Checkpoints would help a TON
i got two game overs, and got frustrated and quit. just because i didn't want to redo EVERYTHING i already did.

scuddle responds:

Once you know what to do the entire game can be completed in like, 2 minutes.
Checkpoints would dumb it down too much.

Thanks tho.

I love this game, I appreciate that you put time into this to provide us gamers with something fun AND free. It took me about 5 tries and I unlocked most of the badges in the process. It requires concentration to get past the mines and traps but it was fun enough to keep me playing until I beat it, great job!

scuddle responds:

This makes me really, really happy. :)
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. There should be a sequel to look forward to. :3

It's an okay game, but there's a few nasty glitches in it. As others have said, there's a problem picking up the pentagram when you first see it. After you go to the room to the left, and come back, you are then able to automatically pick it up. The other major glitch is when you open up the box with the heart in it. I played it in both Chrome and Firefox, and in Firefox the "Next" word disappears as soon as you open up the box with the heart, making the player think there is no way to get out of the screen. I think you better play the game in other browsers. You might see those glitches more often, if you do.

Aside from the glitches, the game is way to dark. You might think it ads atmosphere, ball all it adds is unnecessary frustration. The mines don't help either, being thrown all over the place. Just keep them in one spot...

I've had the same glitch where it tries to pick something up repeatedly and I have to restart the game. The game is pretty well done with an interesting plot, but I think some of the things that are meant to be challenging I just find kind of annoying. Like not being able to see things an inch away from your character, and having to start over when you explore too much.

scuddle responds:

I'm working on finding a fix. It's pretty rare so it's hard to find the cause. :/
There's an unlockable item that can permanently increase your view to see the thole screen. :3

Thank you for the review. :3
