The art and lip sync were great, unfortunatly that was all
i'll start this one out by saying i like naruto shippuden so i'm just going to keep this at a base level looking at the quality of the animation more than anyhing, it looked crisp and clean and was well animated but beyond that the jokes are the same jokes that have circulated around the internet basically since the original naruto began the voice acting sucked but i'm pretty sure it was supposed to but i can't help but not really like things like this it was stale and dated and so i give 2 1/2 stars for the decent looking animation.
AHAHA is that an anus I spotted in the back of Naruto's clothes, Well done made me laugh so much :D
