Reviews for "Animated Memes ep. 1"

It's sad that so many people didn't get the joke, the score is so much lower than it should be. I think what the problem was that the people who didn't like it didn't it AKA the people who would actually want to watch animated memes. Then there's the people who WOULD think this is funny, if they ever clicked on it. But most of them probably didn't/won't because they stay away from all things meme. So I guess the best way to bring this to the target audience is to make the title or thumbnail less "memesy" and more "making fun of memesy". But by doing that you're compromising half the joke by making it obviously satire rather than playing it straight.

On the other hand, maybe your target audience WAS meme lovers. If that's the case, you've effectively duped the people who are "into" memes, and possibly even swayed them to realize how monotonous the whole meme mentality is.

Either way I thought this was one of the funniest things I've ever seen anywhere in my life. Super.

i love the satire. great work roxie

Interesting animation.

It wasn't actually that funny. I mean it wasn't bad exactly, just not interesting. It is pretty cool that you tried to use memes, but you can't count on that alone to pull it through. It seems like a great concept, I'd like to see more, hopefully a more refined.

haha this is realy funny! i like how there were so many awkward moments and how its so simple and yet so funny. i just wish that their bodies actually moved, like when the phone was going off he did not move, but i geuss thats the joke
