I have browsed Newgrounds for at least 10 years (though I made my account more recently), and in all of that time I have only commented maybe once or twice. This is by far the best animation I have ever seen. It also instilled a nostalgia effect on me since I played all of these games that you have borrowed from. I enjoyed this a lot.

Great animation and awesome story. I wish it was parted out though, I feel it was too long for one sitting.

That was absolutely outstanding.
The little details you added were simply genius. The movements of the characters were really fluid too.
The last 7-9 minutes were heavily Mortal Kombat-inspired. I have no objections to it though.
The music choices were fitting. As well as the sound effects.
The artstyle was clever. The 3D effects on some objects (rotating car, crane) were a great addition. It added more depth into the world.
I can really say that this is probably my favorite animation of this year so far. Amazing job.
