I think the term "girl gamer" is already something very pejorative, I mean, girls simply can't be classified as "gamer", we must name her "girl gamer" cuz she is a girl. Is making therms like those that generate the so called "poser", like those girl who use a game themed shirt and put the control in the mouth like a d**k and say "I'm such a gamer".
You are a gamer, if you play games, and that's it! (I won't count much FB games, cuz they are basically method to call friends and waste money with 1-use power ups).
Though it would be nice to meet/date a girl who I can play games co-op and she knew what to do or that be open to learn what to do, help her when she is having a tough time w/ a puzzle and vice-versa; I think a girl who doesn't thinks games are waste of time or stupid would be enough.
