No. Its fun, and smart, but nothing happens. It speeds up, basically. Theres no art to it, theres no reason for it, its just here. There needs to be reason and art if it's going to be simple. Otherwise, give me a gun and let me kill shit.

The Important Part: You tried, and thats more than I can say for most of the hacks and crap 'artists' here. Give it some story, other than "LOOK OUT, SPACE STUFFS" Give it meaning and depth, make it sad, and touching, and beyond what we would expect.

Trust me, pleasing the idiots that hang out on the internet (me included) is NOT that hard.

Wanted to respond to this as I felt is was a really meaningful comment. The game actually has a considerable amount of meaning for me, and it's going to link into a much larger project in the future. Think of it like a playable prologue, but I will explore the meaning of it.

You're right though - initially I was jumping on the endless runner bandwagon, but it soon turned into something a lot more personal, and while it won't have meaning and depth for most, that's the reason the music's quite soft and there's not a GO GO GO WUB WUB WUB feel to it.

Thank you for taking the time to write that, and I hope I can nail that approach with future projects. Possibly not the next one, as that's a totally silly idea, but definitely in future. :). Thanks, deadcat.

Could use a bit more to make it fun. Such as different items or backdrops. Throw in space trash and maybe the view of distant planets and you have something interesting.

neat tiny avoid asteroids game. Liked the chilled-out space music and the launching at the pod at the start. Puzzles me from what you were escaping. What did happend on the station/big ship? And why it does not explode as you launch?;) On the downside there are tons of games exactly or nearly the same like this.

Simple and effective game, I like it. It is well executed, has awards and a high score table involved somewhere. Good job Failnaut.
