Reviews for "Loss"

True sacrifice and negative progression are two ideas rarely exploited in video game, and I'm quite delighted to see your version of them, even though you're not the first to exploit them. The music brings a lot to your game, as well as the atmosphere. The platforming aspect is basic, but the message is beautifully sent. The quote and the little guy are touching. Seeing him losing his wings, his legs and finally disappearing into -I don't know, void? transcendence?- is nicely done. I regret that some jumps on the platforms result in passing through them, provoking quick irritation. Was it intentional? It is not a big deal anyway, as you can persevere and reach your goal -isn't it the idea, anyway? But overall, the idea and how you displayed it was quite interesting. Looking forward to hearing more from you!

in some cases this game and story make everything look true. To reach a goal that you want to get to can make you lose parts of yourself and in fact others in the process. I would rate more but it needs to be longer.

you know, I'd like to say this a pretty cool game but I really can't seeing howI can't get past the first level because when he jumps he jumps right THRU the damn platforms -_- [FAIL]

he flies press up more than one time to flap ur wings :)

A really good game but a sad one.

Well I really never get this until I finished it. Anyway you start with wings first, then without them but you can jump, now you have a head that you can roll on (or jump while walking I should type).
It was really sad that the guy died at the end....

Well what I really didn't like from this game was that you only had 1 level (Since I'm aware that you made this game in 24 hours). How you didn't come on the platforms at all (Even though you made it).

PS: I agreed with that quote. It's so, so true about scarfing your life for just a couple of goals to achieve.

Anyway other then that, good game!
