It's promising...
Well, you asked for a review... so here it is. The animation... well, it wasn't that great. Also, there was no actual storyline. I mean, it would go nicely for the beginning of a movie, but it leaves a lot. Build off of it, and send it in again because it's promising! It just needs a bit more of a plot.

Nice try. Good choice of music, though. Way too short, and noir needs a story and a plot, not just some random guy getting shot and another random guy taking revenge. Come up with a good story, and build the animation around it. When you care about the story and characters, the quality of the work will be better...
