Shooting mechanics is really poor, you should improve it a lot.

Hold down the mouse and align the lase with the enemy that you want to destory.
The shooting mechanic is kind of unclear at first. The laser would normally imply you just hold the button down. I'd change the appearance of the weapon or change the mechanic so it feels a little more like a laser.
The gameplay itself (shoot 100% of the obstacles in the tunnel) isn't much fun, honestly. You could let the players miss at least a couple.
While the graphics are rough, they're mostly fine. The player ship could use a fix-up. Good choice on the sound front though.
nice concept but that's it.... as far as weapon choice it was extremely poor. Assuming it's a laser you should just be able to hold it down. having to shoot all 100% of the tumors took all possibility of fun out of the game... the graphics are kind of rough and I'm not too crazy about the ship design either... the one thing you did mostly right was the music.... good choice of music
