Reviews for "X vs. Zero"

This movie was one of my favorites on youtube and for good reason. This truly represents the battle between the bestest of friends, a battle to finally conclude the fated battle that their creators knew would eventually come to pass. The music remix that is in this video definitely adds on to the original theme that had been used for the fight between the two in X5 and I feel adds some more feeling to the entire battle. Sprite wise, you made use of practically every single thing X and Zero could pull off... well, unless you count the weapons in maverick hunter X and the differences between the Light Buster and the Zero Buster. If you ever made a third version of this, I'd want to see those included big time. The references to the day of Sigma help further highlight the relationship between X and Zero and I was over the moon to see someone use THAT state of X (what fans dub as 'unlimited potential X') and use it well. I'm hoping for a third one of this and I don't understand why this has such a low score at the time of this review.

i for one applaude not using DBZ as a template for sprite animation.
Well Done.

Very high quality work considering it is a sprite animation! I loved your use of the original sound effects and the clips/introduction segment.

The battle itself is very fluid and accurate, my only suggestion is if you do more Rockman X4-5 style animations is to rip some of the vocal sound FX. You can't go wrong with Zero's japanese voice in those games! Cheers for sharing.

This animation was one of the few that inspired me to begin making my own Sprite Fights, and for good reason. The way you choreographed the fight to the song was done well, especially with building up the action. The ride armor scene was also interesting, with the switching perspectives. This is a classic that's on-par with SMBZ.
