Somebody make a game where you play as the little girl and you have to constantly shave the hair of the baby and the longer you last the faster it grows until it eventually engulfs you and that's when you lose and your score is based on how long you last

So I thought this was very funny overall, but did anyone catch what the little girl was playing with, and how at the start? :P
Is the announcers voice supposed to sound like the red devil guys voice from cow and chicken... Because it's really bugging me, and if it is that would be epic.
