Mirror Pool is in Level 17, the weird pool of water in the center of the screen.
Derpy's Horn is in Level 15, just above Spike.
The Big Red Button is in Level 14, due note that the Derpy found after pressing the button is the wrong Derpy.
Lyra is in levels 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 20, and 22.
And seeing as Level 3 seems to be the hardest for good reason, Derpy's Saddlebag.
I am now off to find the last two muffins and await the author's response on how I am a jerk for ruining the challenge in 4 of the medals

Pretty good, though some levels were too blurry (Gala and end level) and I'm little disappointed that Derpy's horn wasn't the flugelhorn.

Cute! Love the concept, it is a game well made. I was annoyed with the muffin on the roof in the last stage though, I found it more or less on accident, but since it was the only really ridiculously hard one to find I guess it's ok. The only way to improve this game would be more stages and more secrets.
It was pretty good , the only problem I had was with level 24 since the icons were so small
