Superb fluidity and style in your animation, sir. I loved the look you gave layton, it really matches the game art.
The camera movement, as other have noted, was a little overdone in my opinion. A little would have been an interesting style choice, but at this point, it kinda overplays the character's actions and makes it hard to focus on what's actually happening.
The voice acting and the joke were quite fantastic :D

I don't care what everyone saids, I think the camera movement is what made it original. I mean i haven't seen anything like that on newgrounds before. Also well animated, and I loved the moral of it too. Haha good job.
