Acceptable
It was good for simple scripting but the control keys were ridiculous, what did you think you were doing? Another problem was the fact that it is pong and nothing more and very boring. I found out a long time ago that the scripting wasn't neccessary importatnt, it had to be fun too. Not bad for your first action script game though, if it is...

It's basicaly a remake of the clasic Pong game from so many decades ago. Nice though. I like the menu options that allow you to speed up the ball, but the controlls are fubar. you should make them easier from a glance. I'd recomend having the left player use the up and down keys, with the space being the shoot, and the left player using the mouse with click to shoot. I'd like to be able to choose which player I'd be so I could This would also give the user the ability to choose between mouse or keyboard. Also multi-ball option, along with power-ups (make your padle biger, theirs smaller, multi-balls), some blocks to break like in block breaker (whoever breaks the most wins, or blocks between the two players that forces them to break through to the other player before scoring), and some sort of barrier (a line in the center that you have to avoid) to liven it up would help to.
I'll never get why people liked pong so much...
...because, to be honest, it's as boring as hell.

who would post ping pong on newgrounds.. i mean at least a remake. the game was slow faced unlike the real pong games
seriusly you can do better with those graphics and programs you used on this one.. you just need imagination
Pingpong - ping = pong. This one controls badly.
