Reviews for "Suddenly Zombies"

I COULD NOT GET THE MENU SYSTEM TO WORKTHIS GAME NEEDS SOME WORK

I enjoyed it at first, after about 10 tries I noticed a few things
1: Food and water decayed faster than you could regain it
2: Stimpacks are only good for trading
3: Killing a NPC has no benefits ( I suggest a random amount of food water or ammo being dropped)
4: When looting you can't move, which killed me several times
5: Even a single zombie can be trouble because the lack of character control( i suggest the ability to use the mouse to shoot)
6: Fucking computers wasting my time
7: Misleading house sizes ( can't kill a single zombie sometimes not to mention the space and time bending interior of a house with a million)
8: You can sell currency which is probably an oversight
9: Ammo is weird, you run out fast but never really go empty (I suggest an instant with the pistol but ammo is less common and the firing rate is decreased)
10: The red X on the door should have an alternate for uncleared houses
11: As others have said no story or character progression in sight, it may only be because I starve that I don't see it
12: Because the stimpacks don't work you cannot regenerate health in any way
13: Points don't mean anything there is no leader-board nor a high-score system
14: Misleading conversations that make you feel like there might be a story line
15: Lock-picks are too rare
Now things I liked because I don't want to be too harsh
1: Style of game-play, it really felt like a survival game
2: Ability to loot everything
3: The fallout reference
4: The shop and computer gui
5: The map details like the jersey barriers
This can be, as I see it a 4 star game given the time and effort needed I'll be this first person to admit that I'm not exactly Mr. Scriptalot but this is borderline an unfinished game

Potential's there but it really needs work. Soon as the game starts your swarmed, if you run out of ammo well your as good as dead, if you stop for even a second to loot you get slaughtered. All you can seem to do is shoot til your out of ammo then die and restart, and the spawn times are ridiculous, I stood in one spot just shooting zombies til I ran out of ammo cause they just kept coming I couldn't walk forward for more ammo or I'd get killed if I ran there would just be more spawning, it's just impossible to survive.

This game is pretty fun i love the way the city is always random. The only thing i kind of disliked is the zombie AI sometimes they manage to spot you from miles away and other times you can walk right by them without them noticing. Other than that it is fun!

This is a wonderful start.

However, you need more of a game, what's my end goal? Where's the character progression?

Also, I highly suggest you remove money from the game, I think it actually makes it less about survival and makes the game way too easy. Instead of making life or death decisions about food or ammunition, I'm just buying everything from the loads of cash the zombies drop.
