Alright, so I have been playing this for the last few hours since my other game is down at the moment - you can easily beat the game on Insane mode before getting anywhere near lvl 10. I went ahead and played Instant Action for Capture the Flag to see how many kills I needed to go from lvl 11 to lvl 12 and the answer... about 500. So, yeah... don't expect to get anywhere near lvl 18 for the best armors. At least, I don't expect to do so. Also, I don't see the reasoning behind having the Reset Data option when you can replay every area whenever you want to - seriously, who in their right mind would reset the data.
Anyway, without a doubt, the mage is the best all-around class! You can jump and still fire your ranged attack, whereas the guns can't be fired while jumping. And since the fireballs have no limit in range, you can easily do across-map kills over and over again! >=D
Game completed. All challenges completed. Fun music and gameplay, awesome art, great coding and I didn't experience any bugs. Lose half a point for the mindless grinding to attain slightly better gear at really high levels.
Fun game. I liked all the stages, game modes, and classes. I feel like each class worked well with all game modes and I think a neat idea would be instead of everyone having a gun, each class would get their own secondary move like the Scout having a smoke bomb, the Brute having some sort of charge move, the Medic having a tower he can place so when people go by it it heals them, and maybe just have the Mage stay the same except he shoots ice instead of fire and it freezes them. But hey, that's just my opinion, anyway great game, it's going in the favs for sure.
awesome but i hate the fact that you cant play other campaigns i mean the gundrop smile are cool AND I JUST HAD A NIGHTMARE ABOUT IT
