Best lines: "You know why Jar Jar's so annoying? It's because you're 40 goddamn years old and I can't make you 7 again!" and "I created Yoda, what did you do today huh?"
Nice job all around.
I think the fans got a big point though. What the fuck was up with the prequels? Little to no acting was just a bunch of eye candy, so really we shit in his mouth for a reason.
Defending a billionare just seems stupid. Even the actors didn't take him too seriously. Why else did they not press him to keep going unless he was a massive prick?
I thank him for the originals but the rest is utter garbage, shit when was the last star war game a truly awesome experience? None since like um early 2000.
It was funny; ranting about the movies on the internet is a waste of time. But, the fact that Episode V wasn't written, directed or produced by George Lucas shows that he really was the problem. Just a lazy, greedy filmmaker.
The whiny Vader "NOOOOOOOO" at the the end got me laughing!
It was funny, but I still just can't forgive Lucas for fucking everything up with Star Wars. I was only a kid when I saw Episode I, but even I really detested it, along with the next two. He just through in a shitload of CGI and unmemorable diologue. But the thing I will always resent him for is ruining his good movies. Actually, no, not HIS movies; those movies were contributed to by many more people than him, the people who's hard work he destroyed when he messed with Episodes IV-VI. With that fucking CGI and revoicing shit, there were a number of people taken out of the credits. Most of the franchise's good work wasn't even made by Lucas. It's just not fair to anyone. I'm not a super-nerdy fanboy or anything, but I won't forgive him for messing up a movie series that's defined cinema for years. If he's been trying to "please" the fans for all these years and failed so miserably, I guess he's just not that talented. So yeah, I'm willing to give Disney a chance.
